Dee Kayalar, MPA, ICF ACC (she/her) successfully runs alumni career services for University of San Diego, which includes implementing creative alumni career programming, career advising, and building and managing the growth of a campus wide mentorship and job site. Previously, she was the associate director of alumni engagement at St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn, where she led and implemented innovative programs for the College's young alumni community and developed a formal mentoring program for the Brooklyn campus. Dee is an International Coaching Federation trained and certified coach, Gallup Certified Strengthsfinder Coach, and an MBTI practitioner. With a unique skill set in coaching, event/volunteer management, and donor relations spanning a career of 15+ years, Dee has held positions in design services, nonprofit institutions, and government throughout the world. Her collaborative research on university entrepreneurship was published in a scholarly book. With a passion and commitment to serve others and create positive change, Dee is currently completing her second master's in Leadership Studies at University of San Diego, and holds a Master's in Public Affairs from Indiana University, and a coaching diploma from New York University.
